With the hustle and bustle of daily life it's so very easy for us to walk around dehydrated and not even realize the long term destruction we are offering to our bodies. Rheumatoid arthritis, migraines, angina, colitis, dyspepsia, hypertension, obesity, hemorrhoids, breast cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis, kidney stones, premature wrinkles, skin disorders, dry brittle nails, thinning hair, sinusitis and even uterine cancers.
Water is so important for our health, it aids our body in the removal of toxins. Our body is designed so smart and unique, at night while our physical bodies rest our insides are actually working and cleaning or sweeping out toxins within the body (grouping them together) when you wake every morning it is so important you drink at least 4 small glasses of water to not only jump start the rest of your body, but to flush out all those toxins that were pooled together and waiting for you to flush them out. Not flushing them out creates a toxic overload, inflammation levels increase in the body and important vitamins and minerals are being depleted thus increasing your risk for severe long term health issues. Water is simple yet so powerful for our bodies.
How do you know if your body is dehydrated? Here are some signs to watch for dry mouth, bad breath, fatigue, yawning, headache, mood swing, bloated belly, constipation, congestion or dry throat.
Do your Health a favor and drink more water every single day starting right away when you wake up! If you have children send them to school daily with a water bottle and encourage them to drink and refill that bottle 2 times while at school. Maybe even send a note to teacher requesting your child have access to water through out the day. This will help keep them alert, focused and support them with a healthier day, emotionally and physically.
Cheers to a healthy you!
